Year 5 students inspired by Kantjupayi Benson

Inspired by the work of Kantjupayi Benson, an Indigenous fibre artist, the Year 5 students have created sculptures using textiles.
The students were required to form an armature of an animal using pipe cleaners. They then twisted coloured wool around the wire to create a 3-dimensional form.
Pictured is the work of Desire Kinyamba, Maggie Collins, Owain Earle, Jack Holmes and Brodie Berkefeld.
